    A: Hotelhk.com's hotel reservation process is easy and just one click away. Select your destination; enter your check-in and check-out date. Then click "Search hotels" and a list of your selection will be displayed.

    Q: How can I make special request to the hotel?
    A: You can email us at go@66.hk or (+852) 2392 6666 for any special request after your hotel reservation is confirmed. Any special request is subject to hotel room availability upon check-in. No guarantee can be granted.

    Q: How many guests are allowed for the hotel room?
    A: The occupancy capacity of the hotel room depends on the room type. Hotel may charge an additional fee for extra guests. Please check with the respective hotel or contact us for assistance.

    Q: Does the hotel room rate include daily breakfast?
    A: Daily breakfast is not included unless stated.

    Q: Are taxes and service charges included in the hotel room payment?
    A: Taxes and service charges are included in the hotel room payment.

    Q: What can I do if the guest name and the registered name are not matched?
    A: Hotel may refuse the guest for check-in if the registered name is not matched. So please ensure the guest information is correct.

    Q: What are the difference between red "Book" button and blue "Book" button?
    A: Red "Book" button means instant confirm. Customers need to pay online. Once payment completed, hotel accommodation will be confirmed immediately. Blue "Book" button means it is not an instant confirm booking. Customers do not need to pay immediately. We will reply the room status within 24 hours.

    Q: When will I be charged?
    A: We will directly charge on your credit card. Booking will be cancelled if the payment is not successful.

    Q: What can I do if I find the reservation details incorrect?
    A: Please kindly contact us as soon as possible to contact our staff by email or by phone (+852) 2392 6666 and we will try utmost to contact hotel for further arrangement. If you cannot reach us, please contact hotel directly for assistance.

    Q: How can I get the hotel voucher?
    A: You will receive a confirmation letter through email once the booking is confirmed. We suggest printing the email for check.

    Q: Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel the booking before my check in date?
    A: Yes and no refund is allowed if you did not show up for the booking.

    Q: What are the arrangements due typhoon or bad weather?
    A: Please kindly contact us if your schedule will be affected by any weather problem. hotelhk.com.com will not charge any handling fee for hotel cancellation. However, hotel cancellation fee may be involved and subject to hotel final decision. If you cannot reach us, please contact hotel directly for assistance.
